The Summer Institute for Russian Culture (SIRC) to be held in 2004 is dedicated to the actual situation of Russian society, culture and language.
SIRC-2004's program includes lectures by leading specialists in various areas of culture and art including literature, performing arts, cinema, theater, architecture, and language, as well as offering master classes with figures from modern art, roundtables and discussions on today's Russia.
